ACHIEVEMENTS OF RONKEL BECAUSE OF DHI APPROACH

Throughout our research of 20 years, all of our findings, explorations and discoveries regarding DHI approach were constantly applied in our own personal as well as organizational growth. The result has been extraordinarily overwhelming. We became pioneers in whatever field we stepped in. Be it our media education or film production, we could do something out of the box and set one milestone after another. More importantly we could significantly contribute to societal and national development. We could make India proud globally.

Achievements in Media and Entertainment Education (Ronkel Media Education & Research Institute)

Based on our findings of almost 20 years of research on developing an ideal approach (which we later named DHI), we established Ronkel Media education & Research Institute on 14th February, 2014 to provide high quality and effective education in the creative arts and entertainment industry. In the field of creative arts where it is the popular belief that someone has to be god gifted to be successful, we took the challenge heads on and using DHI approach devised a course curriculum which can make anyone an artist or a Writer or a filmmaker or whatever that person’s interest area is. DHI Approach has a huge role to play in this. Because of this approach only, we could fulfill the dreams of so many young dreamers and aspirants across all parts of the country. Because of the availability of such courses, now interested individuals feel secure and confident. They know that now they can train themselves in a systematic way and groom themselves to become what they have been long aspiring for.

Over the years, we have successfully trained many students across all age groups and gender who were first timers. They just had passion and interest. Most of them were even doubtful about their abilities. With DHI approach, we could successfully infuse talent in them. Today they are confident and successfully working in the entertainment industry.

Making one person creative might be the single most challenging job in this planet. Because there is no prescribed book or a single definitive method which can give you desired results. However, the DHI approach made it all easy for us. What seems unbelievable and impossible for others, it’s a work of few seconds for our faculties. One single instruction of our faculties has changed people’s lives dramatically.

Year after year, the DHI approach is making us even stronger at our job. We are getting more confident and feel blessed that we are able to keep the dreams of so many Indians alive and empower them to fulfill it.

Achievements in Film Production (Ronkel Brothers Production)

To utilize the approach in field of media and entertainment, we established Ronkel Brothers Production on 2012. In 115 odd years of cinema history, where so many films have already been made, so many experiments have already been done worldwide, with DHI approach we were still able to create history in each and every aspect of filmmaking and that too with each of our projects. Even in this highly competitive and challenging profession, we have been able to carve a niche for ourselves globally.

It is not just about the creative aspect of our films that bring us accolades, it is also about the sheer societal impact that our films caused gives us a special place in the 115 years of history of world cinema. As a production house, we have been constantly making and using cinema as a catalyst of societal change and nation building. Our films have triggered paradigm shift in many subjects which has long been caged by the narrow mindedness and prejudiced mindset of the society. Each of our films has always given due credits to the unsung heroes of our nation. Our films have been revolutionary and a strong catalyst for individual and societal reformation.

Because of our overall approach and pious intent, time and again we have been trusted upon by highly reputed organizations of Government of Indian such as Indian Army, Indian Police, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Defense and many others. Till now, we have 3 Limca Book of Records to our name. We have received 17 honours and special commendations from Government of India and highly decorated officers for our inventive filmmaking in epic depiction of cinema and theatre.

In nutshell, world cinema is and will be incomplete without the mention of our work. It has all been possible because of the DHI approach. DHI approach has enabled us in having a crystal clear vision and acumen in creating, organizing and executing our unique thoughts through our films successfully like no other has done.

Below mentioned few of our projects and their respective achievements.

  • “ROAD TO REFORM” (2021)

    • Breaking all the barriers and constraints of filmmaking, in a first of its kind and rarest of rare achievement in world cinema history we cast real prisoners as actors in a 60-Minute highly engaging drama completely shot in real prison to deliver an impactful and poignant message having universal appeal.
    • The purpose behind making this film was to change the perception of society towards prison and prisoners. Once tainted even if cleared of charges these people are always judged and it’s a worldwide phenomenon. The film was made to sensitise society about it so that we together make this world a better place for everyone to live in harmony and peace.
    • The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Ashok Gehlot virtually released the film on 17th June 2021. He ardently congratulated all the officers, prisoners, Writer Director Sanjeev Sharma and his team members for making this masterpiece and successfully conveying the message to unite the world for a better tomorrow.
    • Inspired by the overall message of this film, Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot asked the concerned officers to set up a placement division in Rajasthan Prisons department for the better rehabilitation of the reformed and released prisoners.
    • After nearly 20 years Chief Minister of Rajasthan decided to watch a full film for its unique approach, noble theme and sublime presentation.
    • The film has been deservingly applauded by the Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary(Home), Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Director General of Police, Director General of Prisons and other high ranking officers of the state and out of the state.
    • Road to Reform has been adopted as a reformatory mission by Rajasthan Prisons to help the prisoners rehabilitate themselves in the society. Such unique reformatory measures will be frequently organized in future.
    • The film has given prisoners a new lease of life and motivated them to take necessary action towards reformation.
    • The film has also been a great source of inspiration for Prison Officers who are the unsung heroes and never get due credit or recognition by popular media for their dedicated and sincere efforts in creating a conducive environment of reformation for the prisoners.
    • The impact of the film has been such that after multiple screenings and seeing the striking visuals, it moved the Director General Prisons to ponder upon and take the call to change the dress code of prisoners across all the jails of Rajasthan. Now it has been changed from white to sky blue. It is a significant transformation in paradigm. It is a great deal and signifies that now prison offers a life of possibilities rather than a life of hopelessness.
    • Getting inspired from this film and seeing the impact the film created, the road outside Jaipur Central Prison has been named after the film ‘Road to Reform’. This is the first time in world history that a road has been named after a film.
  • “SHUDDHI - EK NAYI SHURUAAT” (2015)

    • The film is again a first of its kind film in the history of world cinema which emphasises the virtue of humanity and has shown how Gandhian ideologies of atonement are still relevant to shape the youth. This is the sort of rare epic film that spans the decades by using the proverbial cast of real-life prisoners and yet follows a human thread from beginning to end.
    • The film was released by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India and screened in Indian Embassy to Portugal and specially screened twice in Consulate General of India, Birmingham, UK.

He had such an influence that he decided to screen the film for educational and study purposes across all his educational institutes and colleges and inspire the youth of the nation.
  • “ANUBHUTI – TAKING THE LEGACY FORWARD” (2015)

    • The 45-Minute film showcases the stories, unique traditions and unifying principles of the Indian Army through a feel good fiction drama highlighting the invaluable contribution, sacrifices and responsibility of army officer’s wives as unsung soldiers of Indian Army.
    • The film has now been screened for newly wed army officers’ wives as a source of learning regarding the army culture and responsibility of an Army Officer’s wife.
  • “VEERGATHA” (2016)

    • We work with legendary Padma Vibhushan Amitabh Bachchan in the epic depiction of the glorifying and heart-wrenching tale of 12 Paramveer Ckakra Recepients of the oldest command of Indian Army, Western Command.
    • The film enthralls the audience and exhibits the values of Indian Army; the values that stock the attitude of service before self in every soldier.
    • The film received huge appreciation by parliamentary standing committee along with other high ranking officers of Indian Army.
  • “SHRADHANJALI” (2017)

    • Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision has been actualised through this 12- Minute short film starring Randeep Hooda.
    • The film pays a perfect tribute to the martyrs of Indian Police force who showed exemplary courage and sacrificed their lives for us, the people of the nation.
    • For the first time, Indian police and their sacrifice and contribution to society has been realistically portrayed and effectively communicated.

All of our achievements be it in education sector or film production sector, has only been possible because of the constant practice and application of DHI approach. We are confident that with mastery over this approach, anyone can excel in any profession and create a niche for oneself. The earlier, the better. That’s why we have established Ronkel School of DHI Approach to instil this approach very early in children so they can do wonders in their life.
